Refund Policy

We provide a 14-day free trial for all new organizations. You will not be charged if you cancel before the trial period ends.

Standard subscription fees are generally non-refundable. However, if you believe there has been a billing error, please contact hello@trackye.com within 48 hours of the charge.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle, but no further charges will be made.

In exceptional cases, such as extended service downtime or technical failures on our end, we may issue partial or full refunds at our sole discretion.
