By creating a Trackye account, you agree to these terms. If you are using Trackye on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms for that organization.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and ensure that your use of the service complies with local laws.
3. Subscription & Billing
Trackye is a paid service billed on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to provide accurate billing information. Failure to pay may result in suspension of access.
4. Acceptable Use
You may not use Trackye for any illegal activity, to transmit malware, or to attempt to breach our security systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
5. Limitation of Liability
Trackye is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
